I had to enter a post today because I couldn't stand looking at the sick girl pic of me amd Maggie the Dog (below)! I have been adjusting to the meds they gave me at the hospital. They are not making me quite as sleepy as before, hooray! I have even wrapped up some watercolor pieces that I have been creating. This paisley sort of looks like I am on drugs, hahahaha. I am creating patterns myself for my illustrations. I know I can scan fabrics and prints (keeping careful eye out for copyright infringment, blah-blah). I like the idea of having the patterns being hand rendered by Monica Lee! Plus watercolor relaxes me sooo much. I guess as much digital work that I do, I must keep my hands in paint. I think it is good for my soul!
