So here is my take on "Broken". Time seems to be everyone's universal friend or enemy. Last night Mr. Time ( as I have begun to refer to him) got the best of Tom. There does not seem to be enough hours in the day for everything Tom needs to accomplish and wants to accomplish. (No, that is not him whining, it is a very creative man wanting to have time for writing, music, art etc.) I wrestled with this myself until I managed to marry up my needs and wants so they slightly resemble to same thing. Somethings just fall off the list of "needs to accomplish" (i.e. making the bed) and I convince myself that the other needs to accomplish, things like deadlines for art, cleaning up dog hair are what I want to be doing and it all seems to work for me. Maybe not the dog hair thing.
