So many nice comments about my last post! Isn't it funny how being creative as an illustrator/designer has got to be the best job in the world but I still struggle with giving it the time and attention it deserves? Part of my previous post involved the dilemma of deciding not to go on my trip to Paris last week. A flight attendant called me and asked if I wanted to go to London instead. And that's when I decided what I really needed to do was stay home and work on art. So I dropped my trip to another flight attendant who flew it for me. Then I thought I would fly a quick trip to the Caribbean (I know the lifestyle sounds odd, and it is!) But after watching hurricanes and bombings I was happy to be home where I belonged, doing what I should have been doing. Thanks to my followers bloggers, I feel like I have a support group out there! So this is my take on metropolitan! I think I will click through these on Illustration Friday because this should be and interesting one!
