So my deadlines have lightened up a bit and I have an illustration Friday-It is actually a large and bright piece. I liked this piece-I did a large border around it that I am not sure worked. I think I will do a few more beach scenes this summer and use going to the beach as an excuse to “research”. I have actually found time to go to knitting today also. I almost feel normal but am excited about the next few projects on my plate. I am designing a logo for clever parents. I get to design a “hip mom”. My first set of drawings were too soccer mom for them. I wish “soccer mom” was associated with being hip but I knew what she wanted. This looks like it will be a great site for info for new moms (and dads). So Tom wants to produce my t-shirts designs ourselves. (speaking of being a hip mom, ha!) Here are some pics I took of my product at the licensing show.
